Udaipur, March 28, 2025 - The missing link road connecting Ring Road along Pichola Lake to Haridas Ji Ki Magri has been opened. The UDA has leveled the road by filling it with soil. Even before the final asphalt work, vehicles have started using the road. With this road now open, people can travel directly from Doodh Talai to Sajjangarh via Haridas Ji Ki Magri. Vehicles coming from Jhadol will also no longer need to pass through Rampura Chauraha.

This road project was stuck in court for 14 years. UDA Commissioner Rahul Jain and other officials resolved the issue by discussing it with landowners. A 40-foot-wide road has now been opened.

Officials have confirmed that heavy vehicles will not be allowed on this road. Only light four-wheelers and two-wheelers can use it, while entry of heavy vehicles is strictly prohibited.
