MLSU to Introduce Biometric Attendance System

The meeting was held to discuss certain matters, pending since long, within the University including the abandoned canteens, implementation of the biometric attendance system, distribution of the track suits and cash prizes to the Arts college cricket team, etc.
Vice-chancellor Prof. I. V. Trivedi said, “I have directed the Dean of respective college to open tender for the Arts College canteen which is closed at present, and also gave instructions to other canteens to follow the health and safety measures in their respective canteens.”
“The biometric attendance system will be implemented by October 17 which will prove to be a helping hand in the regularity and punctuality of the staff throughout the University”, added the Vice-Chancellor.
The dean of Arts College has been asked to hand over the prizes and track suits of the Arts College winning cricket team from the last year’s tournament.
