More than 40 complaints of corruption in CBI camp

CBI camp is going on in Udaipur in Railway Circuit House. The camp organised by CBI Jodhpur branch received a lot of complaints on the first day itself. Out of these complaints, 40 pertain to corruption.

Almost half of the complaints are against employees/officers of nationalised banks. All complaints will be analysed after the camp gets over. All those who could not make it to the camp for some or the other reason registered their complaints through phone calls or whatsapp messages. Some people also gave documentary proofs regarding officers misusing their positions and also about people who have more assets than income.

As per CBI, too many complaints are regarding officers of nationalised banks. These complaints are mainly regarding companies who have been given loans without following norms. There were complaints pertaining to fake documents for the purpose of loan etc. One of the complainants even accused an income tax officer for using his position in wrong purposes. It was also brought to the notice of CBI team that income tax officers have good rapport with businessmen, so they take bribe for not taking action against that particular businessman. If any particular person refuses to pay the bribe amount, he is threatened about raids by the income tax officer.

Any person wishing to register complaints after the camp gets over can do so on the following mobile numbers:

94133-14631, 94133-14633 and 94133-14630
