The medical teams are on their door-to-door screening campaign to check if anyone is suffering from the fatal coronavirus. People are busy preparing for the Holi festival and the teams are making sure that no one suffers from this deadly contagious virus.

In the last 4 days, the teams have screened around 43k people. More than 700 people have been found affected with cold and cough. On Sunday, a meeting was held with the representatives of private hospitals wherein they were instructed to open isolation wards for the people affected with coronavirus. The private hospitals have also been directed to provide information of all the tests performed to the health department on daily basis.

67 medical teams screened 18503 people on Sunday. Out of these 151 are foreign nationals. A total of 9983 houses were checked and 43000 plus people have been screened in the past 4 days. The government has issued directives to avoid holding public meetings till the fear of coronavirus is ruled out.

The main issue is that final exams are going on in schools. Some schools are done with the final exams and they are reopening on 19th March. Parents are now worried because of coronavirus and are praying that the reopening of schools be delayed so that their children are safe.
