Mumbai High Court acquits all 10 accused in 2006 Mumbai Train Blast Case: Reports

Udiapur, 21 July 2025 - A Bombay High on Monday  reportedly acquitted all 10 accused of the 7/11 Mumbai train blast case of 2006. The judgement came nearly after 10 years of the incidence after a special court has awarded the convicts with the Capital Punishment and Life Imprisonment.

According to the media reports a bench comprising of Justice Anil Kilor and Justice Shyam Chandak has observed that the prosecution and has failed to establish the case beyond reasonable doubts.

They said that the evidences relied upon by the prosecution were not conclusive to convict the accused.

As per reports the court also found that the statements of all the witnesses were unreliable. As it is not possible for the Taxi Driver to remember that who were the accused after almost 100 of the incidence.

The prosecution failed to prove the case against the accused, it is had to believe that the accused had committed the crime, the court reportedly said.
