The National Cadet Corps' (NCC) 5th Raj Girls Battalion has initiated a 10-day camp at Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth in Dabok. Approximately 600 cadets, from both the senior and junior wings of the NCC, will be participating. These cadets hail from various regions, including Udaipur, Banswara, Ajmer, Chittorgarh, and Bhilwara. The focus of this camp will be on delivering extensive military training to the participants. This particular battalion aims to mold young girls into responsible, confident, and disciplined individuals, thereby empowering them for the future.

Colonel Rajesh Kumar serves as the commandant of this camp. The Deputy Camp Commandant, Major Chhaya Korwal, who was responsible for the camp's inauguration, stated that the camp will provide cadets with an opportunity to engage in self-evaluation. Despite the constraint of resources, strive to maximize learning opportunities in the camp through positive thinking and diligent work.

Colonel disclosed that the camp will cover physical training, weapon knowledge, and proper firing instruction. In addition, experienced instructors will deliver lectures on a variety of military topics. These subjects will include map reading, field craft, battle craft, life-saving skills, firefighting, and disaster management.

Moreover, the training isn't all about discipline and martial skills; there's an emphasis on cultural and recreational activities as well. Activities like tug of war, kho-kho, and kabaddi, as well as patriotic cultural events, will be organized to foster a competitive spirit among the cadets. Other programs are also slated to take place during the camp.

In essence, the NCC 5th Raj Girls Battalion is providing an enriching and comprehensive training program that blends military skills with cultural activities, aiming to develop well-rounded individuals ready to serve their nation.
