Accessible Fitness for All

The hi-tech gym in Udaipur is poised to serve as a public asset, catering to the fitness needs of both athletes with the Luv Kush stadium as well as the general public. With operating hours spanning three hours in the morning and three hours in the evening, individuals from diverse backgrounds can benefit from the gym's facilities.

An investment of more than Rs 1 crore had been allocated towards the establishment of this gym in Udaipur. Notably, the Gehlot government had previously sanctioned Rs. 35 crore for setting up hi-tech gyms at each divisional headquarters, with additional orders to establish open gyms at all district headquarters, amounting to a total cost of Rs. 2.50 crore.

Enhanced Facilities and Staffing

Ajit Jain, the District Sports Officer, has announced that the Rajasthan State Sports Council has appointed a dedicated trainer for the gym, ensuring professional guidance for fitness enthusiasts. Additionally, a staff member has been assigned to maintain cleanliness, guaranteeing a hygienic environment for gym-goers.

Affordable Access and Maintenance

In line with the government's commitment to accessibility, a nominal fee will be charged for gym maintenance. Every individual entering the gym will be issued an entry card, streamlining access for users. The gym, situated within the Luv Kush Indoor Stadium, will also cater to athletes from across the city, providing a conducive environment for their training needs.
