Bike thieves are over-active. There seems to be no end to this issue. 3 bikes were stolen in a single day and public is now scared of leaving their vehicles un-attended though this is not possible.

On one hand police arrested 5 bike thieves around 10 days back and 36 various actions were taken by police in 20 police stations. But this did not deter the thieves and they stole 3 bikes, incidents of which were reported in Bhupalpura police station, Hathipole police station and Goverdhan Vilas police station. Police is on its campaign of arresting illegal liquor smuggling and cigarette shop dealers near various schools and the bike thieves are targeting other areas. Reports of vehicle thefts are constantly flooding the police stations but the criminals know no fear. When one gang gets arrested, another comes into action and the network continues.

Sanjay Sharma of Thokar Choraha reported a bike theft, Kalu Meena reported his bike being stolen from hospital premises and Arjun Meena’s bike got stolen from Kaya.
