Udaipur, January 21, 2025. In view of the State-level Republic Day celebrations 2025, District Magistrate Arvind Kumar Poswal, using the powers conferred under Section 163 of the Indian Civil Defense Code, has declared certain identified areas in the city as No-Fly Zones.

According to the order, the celebration plans include an "At Home" event at Saheliyon Ki Bari and a cultural evening at Fateh Sagar Pal on January 2. The main ceremony will be held at Gandhi Ground on January 26.

State Governor, Chief Minister, several Ministers and other dignitaries will attend these events.

To ensure strict security arrangements during the VIP movement and to regulate any aerial activity, Saheliyon Ki Bari, Fateh Sagar Pal, Town Hall, Gandhi Ground and the surrounding areas have been declared as No-Fly Zones. This order will be in effect from 6:00 am on January 25, 2025, to midnight on January 26, 2025. Violations of the prohibitory order will result in legal action under Section 223 of the Indian Penal Code, as per the order.
