The temples were renovated according to blueprints of the old structure and with lakhs of rupees invested. A lodge for visitors has also been built on the backside area of Neemach Mata Temple. As of now, renovation of both the temples is complete.

On 12thth March, the idol of Khimach Mata (right now at City Palace, Udaipur) would be placed in the newly renovated Khimach Mata Temple after performing all the religious rituals. In both the temples, a four-day ‘Nav Chandi Mahayagya’ would be conducted which will conclude with a large scale institutional ceremony.

The Trust believes that both the temples would successfully attract visitors with its phenomenal view of ‘Baghela Taalab’, ‘Rama Gaon Road’ and lush green surroundings.

There is an interesting history behind the inception of these temples which, as stated by Shree Eklingh Mahatma, goes as follows.

“Once ‘Yavans’ attacked Mewar and because of it there were breaches in the security of Shree Eklinghnath Ji. So to overcome the trouble, Goswami Shree Maharaj,  prayed to ‘Vindhyavasni’, and ‘Rashtrasen Mata’ showed herself and placed three of her strengths viz Shree Aburdaa Ji, Shree Khimach Mata and Shree Neemach Mata on the mountains covering Eklingnath Ji. Later as the time passed by, the temples wrecked.”

Arvind Singh Mewar has resolved to maintain Mewar’s culture and heritage by conducting the renovation and organizing an Institutional ceremony for these temples following the league of ‘Conserving the ever lasting values’.
