One person killed while two other severely injured when a motorcycle crashed to a speeding truck on Road no.12, Madri Industrial area, near IT Park today morning at 9:30 am.

Injured are admitted in M.B hospital, one out of them is in serious condition while other is stable.

Kailash Gameti (25) from daroli, Prakash Prajapat (22) from bakheda sarai and Bablu Gameti (25) from daroli all three of them were heading towards Udaipur on a motorcycle, while passing through road no 12 of madri, their bike collided to a speeding truck no. RJ-27-G-9424 from front, the high speed truck carried away trio to nearly 70 feet, injuring all of them seriously.

People who witnessed the accident immediately called police, the truck driver fled away leaving the truck on the spot.

According to a police officer Roop Lal from Pratapnagar Thana, one babu gameti scummed to his injuries while they were taking them to hospital .

Prakash had received serious head injuries and kailash has multiple fractures and bruises. The victims were laborers, as per the police report.

Soon after the tragic accident, local residents started protesting against authority, as this is the fourth fatal accident in last one week which causes two deaths in the area. There are no road divider or speed breakers to prevent such mishaps on that busy road.

People also protested against RIICO for their ignorance and irresponsibility towards the development of the area. Later police took the situation under control.

Madri is one of the booming industrial areas of Udaipur; the famed IT Park is also situated in the same location.
