Passout students of Pacific Medical College and Hospital, Udaipur, sat on a hunger strike on Friday 14 April, 2023. The students claimed that the college administration has not provided the Registration Number (RN) and is not responding for the same. The students said that without a Registration Number they are not able to get government or private jobs.  

The students said that the hunger strike will continue till they do not get the registration number. During this, if the students face any kind of problem then the college administration will be responsible for it. Many students have been selected in many  prestigious medical institutes including AIIMS but without RN they are getting jobs.
