Patients Suffer as Resident Doctors go on Strike
Resident Doctors of Udaipur announced strike last night after the information of alleged manhandling with resident doctors of Mathuradas Hospital, Jodhpur was reported. The State-wide strike of resident doctors caused difficulty for both hospital administration and patients.

In Udaipur, a large number of people were seen waiting outside doctor’s room at MB Hospital, all HoDs of MB Hospital attended the patients today, yet patients had to wait for long hours before getting their turn.
300 resident doctors of Udaipur went on strike against the Jodhpur incident. Dr. Dharam Singh (right side in photo above), Vice President of Udaipur Resident Doctors Association said that we want strict action against all accused involved in attacking doctors in Jodhpur, we will continue our strike till then.
Dr. D.P. Singh, Director of MB Hospital said that we are trying our best to control the situation and asked all HoDs to appoint extra doctors from each department on duty.
