Dr. L. Srinivas – Fortis Hospital

In the joint association of Aravali Hospital Udaipur and the doctors of Fortis Escorts Hospital, Jaipur an OPD Consultation was organized for the needful patients of pediatric cardiology at Udaipur.

Dr.Sriniwas.L, Pediatric Cardiologist from Fortis gave consultation to the patients at city’s Anil Clinic today which was followed by a medical education program for local by Dr. Srinivas in which he delivered a talk on Myths and Facts of Pediatric Cardiology.

According to Anand Gupta, M.D. Aravali Hospital, “The main purpose of the OPD Consultation was to give services to those patients of the city who need to go to Jaipur for pediatric consultancy.”

“We don’t have facility of pediatric cardiology in Rajasthan, except the one in Fortis Jaipur so to ease the problem of travelling by patients, we are trying to make these specialists available in Udaipur,” added Dr. Anand Gupta.

He also informed that the doctors from Fortis will be available for consultancy at Anil Clinic, Hospital Road on the first day of the month.

Though Udaipur has many health related facilities but the city still lacks Pediatric Cardiologists, Obesity Surgeons and Pediatric Nephrologist etc. By this initiative, at least primary treatment would be available in the city.
