Physical Test for Police Recruitment Starts

A 10-day physical examination session for recruitment to the Police Sub Inspector post has begun today in Udaipur’s Police Line area. More than two thousands aspirants from Udaipur range are participating to get the desired job. Prior to the physical test, the candidates had appeared for a written exam conducted by RPSC (Rajasthan Public Service Commission), a month earlier.

A 10-day physical examination session for recruitment to the Police Sub Inspector post has begun today in Udaipur’s Police Line area. More than two thousands aspirants from Udaipur range are participating to get the desired job.

Prior to the physical test, the candidates had appeared for a written exam conducted by RPSC (Rajasthan Public Service Commission), a month earlier. After clearing the physical test, the applicants will be chosen according to the merit and then forwarded to the final interview for selection.

Physical Test for Police Recruitment Starts

According to sources, 2400 aspirants from Udaipur range including districts of Dungarpur, Banswara, Chittorgarh, Rajsamand including Udaipur district are attempting for the Police Sub inspector post.

Various physical tests including sit-ups, running, throw ball and weight carry exercises have been conducted by Police instructor teams at the Police Lines, Udaipur.

Though the selection process is somewhat similar to the selection process for the defence officers corps, the difficulty levels and testing methodologies are simpler in this case.

The IG of Udaipur, Govind Gupta in his statement to udaipurtimes.com said, “we are taking physical test of 200 aspirants per day; we will try our best to do test for all 2400 job aspirants in the period of 10-12 days.”
