The former Vice-Chancellor of Suvivi, Professor America Singh, was cleared of any wrongdoing in cases related to negligence in official duties and presenting misleading reports to the government, in connection with the establishment of Gurukul University Sikar and other colleges. During the judicial inquiry, it was determined that all the allegations made against him were unfounded. Following the investigation's findings, Governor Kalraj Mishra issued an order to clear the Chief of the charges, and further directed that his suspension period be compensated with full salary.

Notably, Professor America Singh found himself entangled in a political controversy due to a land ownership dispute at Suvivi during his tenure as Vice Chancellor in Udaipur. Subsequently, he was suspended, including his involvement in government tasks related to the establishment of Gurukul University Sikar and other colleges. Accusations of negligence and providing misleading reports were levied against him. As a result of these allegations, Professor America Singh was relieved from his position as Vice Chancellor on July 14, 2022.

Following the investigation report, Governor and Chancellor Kalraj Mishra issued a decree absolving the Vice-Chancellor of any connection to the case. The Governor also mandated the payment of the Vice Chancellor's suspension period based on their full salary. Upon receiving a clean chit in the judicial inquiry, the former Vice-Chancellor, America Singh, expressed gratitude to Governor Kalraj Mishra and Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot for ensuring a just investigation through the judicial process. He mentioned that his health suffered and he experienced emotional distress, yet he harbors no ill feelings towards anyone.

Professor Singh emphasized that all his actions during his tenure as the University's Vice-Chancellor were driven solely by the university's welfare. Under his leadership, the country's first Constitution Park was established. Notably, new courses in architecture and engineering were introduced. He had intentions of establishing a medical college with community involvement to serve the tribal-dominated region, a plan that unfortunately didn't materialize. Additionally, plans for a Science Congress were in place, which would have been an invaluable learning opportunity for students, drawing participants from both India and abroad. Regrettably, the Science Congress did not take place, depriving students of a significant learning experience.
