Professor Sarangdevot has been appointed as the interim Vice Chancellor of Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth today, while the Chancellor Professor. B.S. Garg has asked the committee to appoint a new Vice Chancellor by January 2013.

Professor Divyaprabha Nagar who served as Vice Chancellor has now been taken into the team of the Advisory committee of Vidyapeeth.

The decisions were made by the committee appointed by the Chancellor. Interim Vice Chancellor Prof. Sarangdevot’s serving term would be for 6 months effective today, 2^nd June 2012.

Various activities of Vidyapeeth have come to a hold after these new appointments.
