District Level Constable to Head Constable Promotion Cadre examinations for the financial year 2010-11 was held today at Community Hall, Police Lines, Udaipur.  The exam was for aspirants who are currently posted as Constables in the Police Department.

The exam was conducted in two sessions, where 179 appeared in the first session from 8AM to 12PM and 158 appeared in second session, which was scheduled from 2PM to 5PM.

Kalu Ram Rawat, AdSP informed, “There are 31 vacancies where 8 posts are reserved for STs, 7 for SCs and 16 is for General caste aspirants.”
