People are facing more of depression these days and this depression is the result of the fear of being attacked by corona. It is this fear which is making people sick. Nightmares, depression, loss of appetite, fear of the unusual aspects, and many more symptoms have taken over people's minds.

Even the minutest of health issue is being co-related with the symptoms of corona and this is making the people mentally sick. The effect of covid19 has created more of psychological issues than anything else.

As reported by the medical team in MB Hopsital, people are hitting the hospitals fearing that they have been attacked by coronavirus. Whether it is a minor sneeze as a result of dust or the effect of pollens in the atmosphere, the fear of being attacked by corona is ruling the minds. On an average 20 people are visiting the hospital daily because of psychological issues. Blame it on corona. 

As stated by the medical department, the various symptoms that have come up as a result of this psychological effect are loss of appetite, tension due to sneezing, nightmares wherein corona attack is very common, headaches, dryness in mouth, nausea, indifference towards a lot of things, breathlessness, etc. The symptoms are because each person under this fear feels that every minor ailment is due to corona attack and/or the fear "what if the virus attacks me?"

Earlier these symptoms were found in people who had returned from foreign countries and during the pre-lockdown days. But now fear has taken control of more and more people. The health experts say that all those who are at home must indulge in some or the other activity of their interest and keep this fear at bay. Reading, gardening, excercising, listening to music, watching good movies, playing indoor games and enrolling in some online courses can help people live a normal life. Do not let the fear kill you. We need to be mentally healthy to stay physically healthy and only then can we break the chain of corona.
