It was Bharat bandh on 10^th September and as per reports the day was peaceful. No mishaps or unpleasant news was reported in Udaipur city. Public grabbed the opportunity and headed towards picnic spots.

The weather was beautiful. Monsoon was not at expected but drizzle created a beautiful atmosphere. The event of Bharat bandh was all the more helpful for people who grabbed the opportunity to flock picnic spots with children who were happy because the schools were closed.

Early morning on Monday, drizzle began and continued for more than half the day. Some areas experienced heavy rain as well. The weather became irresistible for people and children were overjoyed to have a picnic with parents. As it is, Udaipur has lovely picnic spots and public could be seen heading towards various spots to enjoy the weather.

Police on duty could be seen moving around with umbrellas. Unperturbed by the bandh, picnic spots were seen full of life. Each one enjoyed the weather especially the children who will be confined to studies because of half yearly exams to happen soon. Overall, the day was peaceful and entertaining for all family members.
