Royal couple of England Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip in their “suit of honor” will be visiting Udaipur accompanied with Mrs. Lakshmi Menon Deputy Minister of External Affairs probably after 3 months from now i.e. in February 2011, said Deccan Chronicle’s website. The Maharaja of Udaipur will receive the elite guests. In this visit the Royals will take a round of perhaps Lake Pichola and Fathesagar accompanied by The Maharaja and other dignitaries. The Queen will also be visiting other parts of India in this tour. Several states including Madhya Pradesh and Assam have showed great interest to host the royal guests, but due to Queen’s tight schedule their request were not considered. Jaipur is there in their itinerary, The Queen will enjoy sight seeing in pink city escorted by The Maharaja of Jaipur during her visit as told by Deccan Chronicle.
