All India Tribal Association has announced a Rajasthan Bandh tomorrow (22 August) against the reservation in Promotion.

Meghraj Tawad, Vice President, AITA All India Tribal Association, said, “We are opposing the movement led by Jago Party and Samta Sangharsh Samiti against reservations in promotion. We want reservation to be there so as to provide a bright future for the dalits”.

“In past, Supreme Court had reversed the roaster system and reservation in promotion was cancelled. Later Supreme Court called for suspending promotion of all those who had been already promoted under the same”, said Tawad.

Our supporters are going to Delhi today. Tomorrow they will protest at Jantar Mantar in support of reservation in promotion.
