Sanitation Work Hours Restriction

Due to the extreme heatwave, the state government has allotted a single shift for sanitation workers. They will carry out cleaning tasks only from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

The Deputy Director (Administration) of the state government, Vinod Purohit, has issued an order. It states that until June 30, 2024 after cleaning tasks are completed from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM, no further cleaning work will be conducted.

All ward residents are requested not to litter and to dispose of the waste in the designated trash bins. In the evening, cleaning services will not be available as per the state government's order.

Due to extreme heat conditions, people are urged to avoid going outside in the afternoon and evening. They should take precautions by covering their heads with cloth or caps and staying hydrated when outdoors.
