Rising Rajasthan News! World Class Industrial Parks to be Developed Over 64 Hectares Across 9 Locations

The Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) will begin inviting applications from private developers to develop world class industrial parks across 9 locations in Rajasthan. This was announced by RIICO on May 29.
Background
In the State Budget 2026-27, the State Government had launched Industrial Park Promotion Policy 2026 on March 18, 2026, to boost industrial investment in Rajasthan. Following this, RIICO has initiated the application invitation process. to develop new industrial parks across 9 locations in Rajasthan, covering around 645 hectares of land under Model A and Model D. Private developers will be invited to present their proposals towards this project.
What is Model A
Under this model, private developers will build industrial parks on about 374 hectares of RIICO allocated land. This will cover:
- Balotra (Wederlai village) – 58 hectares
- Dholpur (Bijoli village) – 38 hectares
- Chittorgarh (Narbadiya village) – 23 hectares
- Bhilwara (Kodia village) – 21 hectares
- Dausa (Rajahera, Gudha Ashikpura, Nurpur villages) – 135 hectares
- Bundi (Mayeja village) – 27 hectares
- Didwana (Bhakri Molas village) – 72 hectares
What is Model D
Under this model, industrial parks will be developed under the PPP (Public Private Partnership) model across 271 hectares of land. This will cover:
- Ajmer (Kanikala village) - 107 hectares
- Dausa (Kotwalo ka Bas, Nangal Jhamarwara, Ralotwala, Sudhrampada villages) - 164 hectares
Other Models
As per the comprehensive policy, industrial parks will be developed through four different models:
- Model A: RIICO provides land, private developers build the parks
- Model B: 80% land provided by developer, 20% by RIICO
- Model C: Entire land arranged by private developer
- Model D: Development under PPP model
