Rajasthan is not facing vaccine shortage, clarifies UHM

The Union Health Ministry clarified that Rajasthan still has around 13 lakh doses of vaccines. Around 37 lakh doses were supplied.

-Do not trust the rumour mills that Rajasthan state is short of vaccines.

-The central govt. is monitoring the supply of vaccines throughout India. 

There has been constant circulation of news that Rajasthan is falling short of vaccine supplies. The Union Helath Ministry has clarified that all these are mere rumours and Rajasthan is not facing shortage of the vaccines.

There are still around 13 lakh doses of vaccines with Rajasthan after consuming around 24 lakh vaccines. 

Rajasthan state is not going to run out of supplies as the central government is monitoring the supplies of vaccines in all states and union territories. 

The doses of vaccines are being provided as per requirement and consumption pattern.
