Rajasthan MSMEs Can Get Up to ₹1.5 Lakh to Participate in Trade Fairs – Check Eligibility & Apply
Udaipur, July 22, 2026: In 2024, the Government of Rajasthan, had introduced a financial assistance scheme, named "Scheme for Assistance to MSMEs for Market Development" to promote and financially support the endeavors of MSMEs of Rajasthan in marketing their business. This scheme was introduced under the Rajasthan MSME Policy by the Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Rajasthan, and will stay in force till March 31, 2029.
Market Development
As per the policy, the scheme is designed to promote and financially support the participation of MSMEs in national and international trade exhibitions, trade fairs and buyer-seller meets. This scheme is implemented through the relevant DICC of the district under the aegis of Dept of Industries and Commerce.
Benefits of the Scheme
To provide financial assistance to businesses under MSME for participating in fairs & exhibitions. The following table outlines how the scheme supports the market development of the MSMEs.

Note: Benefits cannot be availed in same category for next 2 Financial Years
Eligibility Criteria
This scheme is open to all MSMEs operating anywhere in Rajasthan and compliant with the following conditions:
- Registered under Udyam (URC) as per MSME Development Act 20206.
- Selection of MSME will be done by Dept of Industries and Commerce as per product profile and relevance of the fair.
- Participation in Government/ Government agency/(ies) sponsored/ approved Fairs/Exhibitions as well as Fairs/ Exhibitions approved by Export Promotion Councils (under Ministry of Commerce & Industry, GoI) will be eligible.
Application Process
The application can be made both in online (through CSC and e-mitra) and offline mode.
Offline Mode:
Step 1: The interested applicant downloads the application form (Annexure 5.1) from the official website.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the respective General Manager, District Industries & Commerce Centre (DICC).
Note: The application must be submitted within 6 months of attending the fair/exhibition.
Post Application Process:
Step 1: The GM, DICC will evaluate the application.
Step 2: The District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC) will approve and sanction the incentive.
Step 3: Upon approval, an approval letter will be issued.
Step 4: The assistance amount will be disbursed to the enterprise’s registered bank account.
Documents Required
- Proof of Business Registration (Udyam Registration)
- Event Brochure/Invitation Letter
- Invoice for Stall Rent from Organizing Body and Travel Fee (Including Tickets)
- Copy of VISA of persons who attended the exhibition and air ticket and boarding pass (if international travel)
- In the Case of International Exhibition attach Copy of Passport Stamping of Immigration by that Country
- Payment Proof
- Photographs of Exhibitions including photographs of Main Entrance of the exhibition
- Photographs of the Stall setup during the fair/exhibition
- Bank Account Details (Cancelled Cheque or Passbook Copy) along with PAN of the beneficiary
- CA Certificate as per Annexure 5.2
- Undertaking/Declaration on non-judicial stamp paper as per Annexure 5.3
