Rajasthan Govt Launches 5th Phase of RIICO Direct Allotment Scheme 2025 | 121 Industrial Plots in Udaipur

Udaipur, Sept 17, 2025: The Rajasthan government has announced the launch of the fifth phase of the Direct Allotment Scheme 2025 for industrial plots in RIICO Industrial Areas. Under this scheme, 6,208 plots across Rajasthan, including 121 plots in Udaipur district, will be allotted to investors who signed MoUs under the Rising Rajasthan program.

Plot Breakup

A total of 6,208 plots that will be alloted under the direct allotment scheme. Of the 6,208 plots across Rajasthan, 121 plots across 4 RIICO industrial areas in Udaipur district are earmarked for allotment at the designated reserve price. Of the 121 plots, 6 are in Kaladwas Extension Industrial Area, 65 in Amli, 44 in Shri Ram Janki Industrial Area in Mal Ki Tous and 6 in the Sagatpura Industrial Area in Bhinder. The last date to submit applications for these plots is September 26 (1800hrs) after depositing the required security deposit. Applicants who have signed MoUs under the Rising Rajasthan program on or before August 27 2025 AND have mentioned non-availability of land in their MoUs are eligible to apply. If the number of applicants is more than the available land, the allotment will be done through an e-lottery system on October 3.

View Plots Before Applying

Ajay Pandya, Senior Deputy General Manager, RIICO, informed that applicants wishing to apply through direct allotment can view a 360-degree photo along with the Google location of the plot while applying online. This feature will provide applicants with comprehensive information about the surrounding area, facilitating easier selection and application for a plot.

Possesion and Reservations

Of the 121 plots in Udaipur district, 2 are designated reserved for women entrepreneurs, 1 for individuals with benchmark disabilities, one for ex-servicement and one for relatives of deceased members of the armed forces or paramilitary forces. Those applicants who are successful, will need to pay 25% of the total amount immediately on allotment and the remaining 75% can be either paid over 11 quarterly installments with an interest rate of 8.5% or within 120 days without any interest. The successful bider will receive an allotment letter on depositing the down payment of 25% and possession of the plot.
