Udaipur, January 5, 2005: Tomiko Itooka, A Japanese Woman has died aged 116 years. She has made a Guinness World Record. It has been reported that Tomiko died in a Nursing Home in the City of Ashiya as per the officials. Moreover, it can be seen that She was recorded as the oldest person on earth after the death of Maria Branyas Morera in Spain.

After the death of Tomiko, the mayor of Ashiya stated that she gave courage and hope to all the people to live healthy and long lives. It can also be seen that after living a long life, Ms Tomiko was verified as the oldest person in the world in September 2024. Further, in her old age, Ms. Itooka consumed bananas and milky soft drinks as per the Mayor of the city. It can also be analysed that she got married when she was 20 years old and had two daughters and two sons. During the ongoing World War 2, she helped to run the textile factory of her husband. She became all alone when her husband passed away in the year 1979. She had five grandchildren and was supported by them. The officials have reported that during her lifetime, she was very active and enjoyed hiking significantly. She remained active till her 80s.

Following the death of Ms Itooka, a funeral service was held by her family members along with her friends as per the official reporting. According to the medical professionals, she passed away due to the complications of old age.
