Temperature has gone up by 5.5 degrees giving a good relief from cold. In the past few days, extreme spine chilling cold had made life almost impossible. 

The city roads were looking deserted due to constant drop down in temperatures since past month. Now that the temperautre chart has gone up by few degrees, a notable relief has been observed. 

A rise of 5.5 degrees in the maximum temperature and a rise of 3.1 degrees in the minimum temperature brought life back in the city. On Sunday the sun's heat was good enough and masses enjoyed moving around after a long time. The hustle and bustle of the city was back. 

The temperature graph on Sunday showed the maximum temperature as 26.5 degrees which was around 21 degrees on Saturday. Similarly the minimum temperature recorded on Sunday was 7.5 degrees as compared to 4.4 degrees of Saturday. Even on Friday, the weather had the kind of chill that made the public stay indoors most of the time.
