Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority of Indian Railways, has invited bids for Commercial Development of Railway Land at Rana Pratap Nagar Station, Udaipur, Rajasthan.
The site encompasses approximately 1898.24 square meters. The total area of land is 2499 square meters, with 600.76 square meters designated for the proposed 45- meter road widening in accordance with the Master Plan. The effective Built-Up Area Ratio (BAR) is 2.316. The land parcel will be leased for 60 years and has a reserve price of Rs. 9.04 crore.
