Keep up the hopes. Administration has assured that the repair and maintenance of the roads in your favourite Udaipur city will commence within 2 days. Municipal Corporation will start the patchwork and tar roads will be made once again. Let’s hope that the road work is done properly now.

The issues raised in media by the public and the mockery of administration has forced Municipal Corporation to take the relevant steps finally. The worn and torn roads and the pot holes were causing too many accidents and public was forced to “play picnic” in the pot holes. Since the pot holes had become invisible with roads full of water, people were falling into them and getting injured.

It has been declared that the repair work of the roads will begin within 2 days though there are all the probabilities of another phase of monsoon occurring around 20^th September. The city roads need to be mended at the earliest.

 India needs to follow the system of working during late night hours when there is no traffic so that the work is not hindered and can be completed at the earliest.  Also the contractors need to be alerted of their sincerity. If at all quality work is not done these contractors must be severely punished and the officers, too, for their negligence in supervision.
