Rotary Donates Rs. 17.5 Lac Machine to Alakh Nayan

Rotary Heritage donated a Hi-tech instrument for eye-care to Alakh Nayan Mandir, the well known eye hospital of the city. The machine is imported from Germany and it costs around Rs. 17.5 Lac. The machine will help to conduct at least 2000 cataract, including retina and cornea related surgeries every year.

Rotary Heritage donated a Hi-tech instrument for eye-care to Alakh Nayan Mandir, the well known eye hospital of the city. The machine is imported from Germany and it costs around Rs. 17.5 Lac. The donation was made Rotary Heritage in association with Rotary Club Georgetown. The announcement come today in a grand function held at Zanana Mahal of City Palace. The program was attended by Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, former District Governor of Rotary Pramod Viz and Medical Director of Alakh Nayan Mandir Dr. L. S. Jhala.

While addressing the event, Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar appreciated the work done by both, Rotary Club and Alakh Nayan Mandir in their respective fields and hoped that thousands of needy people will get benefit from this newly introduced hi-tech machine installed at Alakh Nayan Mandir.
