A commemorative coin of Rs 100 and a circulation coin of Rs 10 were released today on occasion of 475th birth anniversary of Maharana Pratap.
Union Culture and Tourism Minister Mahesh Sharma released the coin today in Delhi to pay tribute to the true hero. Culture and Tourism ministry has been observing Maharana Pratap’s birth anniversary in association with Rajasthan Government.
On the occasion, Culture and Tourism ministry has agreed to give a sum of Rs 9.5 Crore to the state government for development of the Indoor stadium at Khel Gaon in memory of the great warrior.
