Kray-Vikray Sahkari Samiti was inaugurated today amid heavy security at Pratap Nagar in front of the Maharan Kumbha Sahkari Bawan at 1pm in the afternoon .

The Samiti Headquarters inaugurated by Mangilal Garasia, State Minister.

BJP workers had earlier protested in the Sahkari Bhawan against the appointment of Chairman’s post and state government’s policies and the construction of the new Kray-Vikray Sahkari Samiti.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Raghuveer Singh Meena, MLA; Sajjan Kattara, MLA; Madhu Mehta, District Head and Lal Singh Jhala, Congress Rural President. Police ADSP, Tejraj Singh was also present at the occasion.

This institution will be providing fertilizers, seeds and pesticides to the farmers. Farmers can also sell their annual output here.

Lal Singh Jhala, in his inauguration speech said, “This step has been taken by Congress for the welfare of Farmers. Whoever is putting up barriers in our administration is acting under influence of negative thoughts”.

A Mini Mineral Water Plant (Mewar Jal Dhara) was also installed in the building premises. It took an entire year for building the Samiti headquarters, which is spread in an area of 3300 Square ft. Almost Rs 25 Lakh were spent on the construction project and Rs 10 Lakh for Mewar Jal Dhara.

Mewar Jal Dhara will be supplying water in the city under a no profit and no loss policy.
