The Sambhar Lake effect reaches Menar Bird Village in Udaipur.

After the continuous deaths of birds in Sambhar Lake which moved the bird lovers, there is yet another addition in the death of migratory birds. Some birds were found dead in Menar bird Village of Udaipur on Sunday. Bar Headed goose and Purple Swamphen were found dead alongside Dhand talab in Menar.

The forest department was informed about the dead birds by the bird lovers of the area. The relevant officers then took the dead birds to the forest department office in Bhindar and a post-mortem was referred to for the dead birds. The reasons behind the birds' deaths will be clear only after the arrival of the post-mortem report.

As per the bird experts, the death of these birds does not seem to be normal. Also, the place where these birds died does not have any high tension line crossing over the area. Poachers are also not a possibility as the birds do not seem hurt and their feathers are also intact. There are all the possibilites that the birds are dying due to some disease but the results of post-mortem are awaited for further investigations.
