Udaipur, February 18, 2025 - Udaipur entrepreneurs Sandeep Patidar and Saroj Patidar were recently honoured with the National Award for their outstanding work in the field of organic farming. The duo were felicitated by Himachal Pradesh Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla at a ceremony in Shimla which was attended by dignitaries from both India and abroad.

Sandeep and Saroj, founder-directors of Amritanjali Ayurveda Private Limited, were recognised for their innovations in the field of organic farming in recent years and for raising awareness among farmers. Residents of Saheli Nagar, the entrepreneurs have been educating farmers about organic farming through Amritanjali Ayurveda for several years. They have also formed an organic farming group to inspire farmers to start their own industries and help them get fair prices for their products through proper marketing.

Amritanjali Ayurveda has an agreement to buy products prepared by farmers and also helps them with the entire process of getting their land certified as organic.
