After the majestic Taj Lake Palace, Taj has now opened up its second property in Udaipur – “Taj Aravali Resort & Spa”.

The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) in a press release said that its iconic brand Taj has opened its second hotel in Udaipur, Taj Aravali Resort & Spa. The resort is spread across 27 acres with 92 rooms, suites and tents.

The property also has all-day diner – Tiri, a specialty pure vegetarian restaurant – Javitri, an alfresco grill – Ridgeview, and an outstanding bar – Odeypore Lounge overlooking the swimming pool and manicured gardens. With squash court, basketball court, tennis court, badminton court, a gymasium and indoor golf simulator, the property has everything to keep the sports enthusiasts also engaged. Further, there is a 34 seater movie theatre in the property for the family to sit back and enjoy.

“With the opening of Taj Aravali Resort & Spa, we are enhancing our offering for the global traveller and reinforcing our commitment to Udaipur – the Venice of the East,” IHCL managing director and chief executive officer Puneet Chhatwal said.

The Taj website is currently showing the booking rates for this week to be around Rs 15000/- per room.
