A severed leg was found in the nallah near Savina sabji mandi on Monday.

Terror prevailed in Hiranmagri area when a severed leg was found in the nallah near Savina sabji mandi. Police were informed who took out the severed part and sent it to the mortuary. It is yet to be identified.

As per police, public collected near the nallah when someone spotted a severed leg. The sight was terrifying enough. Savina resident Chandra Prakash s/o Hari Ram informed police that a severed leg has been seen in the nallah that runs close to the sabji mandi. The leg was cut below the knee.

It may be noted that water from Goverdhan sagar overflow comes and falls in the nallah. Probably the leg came flowing with water from there. The matter is being investigated by Hiranmagri police.
