Udaipur, June 3, 2025 – The Shaheed Rajab Ali Tournament 2025 commenced yesterday, June 2, under the joint aegis of the Dawoodi Bohra Jamaat (DBJ) and Bohra Youth Sansthan's (BYA) Student Welfare Society (SWS) unit, Udaipur. The tournament will run from June 2 to June 14 and will feature competitions in cricket, football, chess and carrom.

The outdoor sports activities such as cricket and football are being held from June 2 to 4 at the Infinity Multi-Sports Ground, located opposite Eden Court in the Navratan Complex area. Indoor games will be held at the Jamaatkhana in Bohrawadi from June 12 to 14, informed tournament coordinator Adnan Mashriqi.

Outdoor Sports

The cricket tournament features 12 teams, each comprising six players, playing six-over matches. Football will have six teams with six players each. All matches are being held at night, with live broadcasts on YouTube by Malak Ahmed Muhib.

Indoor Games

Indoor events include carrom, chess, and table tennis, as well as athletic contests for children under 10, such as the 100-metre race, 50-metre race, relay race, and lemon spoon race. These events will also be conducted in the evening.
