Shia Community Observes 9th day of Muharram
The Shia Muslim community of Udaipur observed 9th Day of the holy month of Muharram. On this day devotees of community gathered in Imambada and Moti Magri, to remember Martyr Imam Hussain (A.S.) and the historic incident of Karbala.

The Shia Muslim community of Udaipur observed 9 th Day of the holy month of Muharram. On this day devotees of community gathered in Imambada and Moti Magri, to remember Martyr Imam Hussain (A.S.) and the historic incident of Karbala.
In the holy preaching delivered by Dr. Saiyad Zulfikar and Molana Shafique Mirza at Imambada and Moti Magri respectively, large number of devotees gathered at both the places to pay their condolence to Imam Hussain (A.S.).
In their preaching over Imam Hussain (A.S.) Dr. Zulfikar and Shafique Mirza said, “Battle of Karbala was one of the most unique baatle, where one who lost his life won the battle”. The battle of Karbala is also known as ‘Zihad’ which in true context a fight for honour and dignity.
