During the Shilpgram Festival, one-way traffic arrangements will be implemented for entry and exit between December 21 and 30, 2023. Cars and jeeps are allowed entry through the main road, with exit facilitated via Rani Road. Two-wheelers have the option to enter from Rani Road. Adequate parking spaces are designated outside Shourya Garh and on the Panchayat's land. 

In addition, city buses will be in operation throughout the festival, providing convenient transportation. These decisions were finalized during a collaborative meeting on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, involving representatives from the district administration and the Western Region Cultural Center. This gathering took place amidst ongoing preparations for the festival, ensuring smooth coordination for the upcoming Shilpgram celebration.

District Collector Arvind Poswal, has provided instructions to various departments to ensure law and order, security, parking, transportation, utilities (electricity and water), medical services, fire brigade readiness, ambulance services, and overall cleanliness at the fairground. 

During the festival, SP Bhuvan Bhushan Yadav shared details about the strategic deployment of police and home guards. They are stationed at key points such as the police control room and the main gate. Additionally, measures include the installation of police watchtowers and the deployment of extra police squads, which notably include female police officers to enhance security.
