The security forces has issued the sketches of three terrorists behind the Jammu and Kashmir Pahalgam's attack on Wednesday. That had killed 26 people and left more then a dozens injured.
As the entire nation is struggling to cope up with the tragedy and the people are conducting protest and candle march all over the country the security agencies has launched a massive search operation for the terrorists. The Resistance Front which is a proxy of the banned Pakistan-based outfit Lashker-E-Taiba (Let) has taken the responsibility of the heinous attack.
As per the reports Home Minister Amit Shah rushed to Kashmir along with Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and CM Omar Abdullah to take the stock of the situation.
According to the report of 'The Hindu' two Kashmiri Men were suspected to be the part of the armed terrorists that had killed on the tourists on Tuesday 22 April 2025. The report also says that two locals one Adil Gauri of Anantnag area and Ahsan from Pulwama district went out to Pakistan in the year 2018.
As per media reports 2-3 terrorists tried to infiltrate the general area at Sarjeevan at Uri Nala Baramulla however the infiltration bid was foiled by the alert troops at Line of Control who challenged them and intercepted them which resulted in a 'firefight' and ultimately two of the terrorists were gunned down.
Notably as many as 26 people including a Nepal national and a local Pony Ride Operator were killed in the attack, the victims targeted were all male who were singled on the basis of their religion.
