A slogan competition was organized for support against female feticide on 25^th May by Bhartiya Lion’s Parisang, an NGO established across India.

The competition saw Madhu Nahar securing the first position and Prakash Ameta securing the second. Both winners were felicitated by Chief Guest Kiranmal Savansukha who is a social worker.

According to Pranita Talesra from the Parisangh, the winning slogan was “Paraya Dhan Kyu Kehte Ho, Hum Toh Tumhara Khazana Hai, Jeene Do Khokh Mein Mujhe, Hum Toh Jeene Ka Bahana Hai.”

“Chacch (Butter Milk) distribution which was started by the Parisangh for 15 days is also going on at a good speed. The demand for Butter Milk is increasing every day,” said Inder Singh Mehta, President National Coordination Committee.
