A group of residents of Udaipur led by the Muslim Mahasabha distributed foodstuff to ailing children at the Pediatric Ward of M.B. Hospital in remembrance of Hazrat Imam Jaffer-us-Saadiq. The group visited the children’s ward and distributed biscuits and other eatables to all children admitted to the ward.

This day, the 22^nd day of the Islamic Calendar month of Rajab is highly esteemed in Islam and Muslims all over the world celebrate it with various social and religious activities. Imam Jaffer-us-Saadiq has an eminent place in the world of Islam including Sufism.

Almost all major schools of teaching and jurisprudence of Islam have been developed in the era of Imam Jaffer-us-Saadiq who is also a direct descendent of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Among the other members of the group, Haji Mohammad Baksh, District President; Mustafa Sheikh, Youth President and Intikhab Hussain, District Vice President along with other volunteers were also present.
