A group of people from areas in and around Udaipur handed over a memorandum to Mahesh Goyal, SP against a private software company. They alleged that the company duped them each off Rs. 1, 08, 321 in the name of providing their own setup of F.I. (Mini Bank) in each Gram Panchayat area.

In the memorandum, they mentioned that the company lured them to leave their then current job and promised them to give a setup where they can run their own F.I. (Mini Bank) in their respective Gram Panchayat area.  The company claimed that they have the consent of a government body to setup and run such Mini Banks to provide Banking facilities to remote areas.

As per their allegation, now the company wants them to take their money (Rs. 1,08,321) back, but they have already left their jobs and also spent additional money on running after the company to start those F.I. (Mini Bank) setups.

The group mentioned that the promise was, to provide them such a setup in 15 days, and it has been nearly 7 months and they have already rented the space and also spent money on furniture and other stuff.

Mahesh Goyal, SP assured them of investigating this allegation.
