The South East Central Railway has commenced applications for more than 1000 recruitment positions, starting today, 22 July, 2023. All the vacancies available will be filled under the General Departmental Competitive Examination (GDCE) quota. The official notification for this recruitment was released on 18 July, 2023. Aspirants can submit their applications until 21 August, 2023. The selection of candidates will be based on a written test. Those who qualify in the written exam will undergo a document verification process for the final selection.

• Technician: 132 Posts
• Junior Engineer: 64 Posts

Age Limit

To be eligible for the recruitment, candidates are required to have passed their 10th standard. Additionally, they must be between 18 and 42 years of age, with 18 being the minimum age requirement and 42 being the maximum age allowed.

Salary

• Assistant Loco Pilot & Technician – Salary as per Level 2
• Junior Engineer – As per Salary Level 6
