SpaceX Crew-10 Docking Successful, Sunita Williams to Return Soon

Udaipur, March 17, 2025 - The SpaceX Dragon spacecraft carrying four astronauts for the Crew-10 mission successfully docked at the International Space Station (ISS) on Sunday, March 16, 2025. The spacecraft reached the ISS about 28 hours after its launch from Florida.

The hatch of the Dragon capsule was opened after 1:00 AM on Sunday. The Crew-10 astronauts then entered the ISS through the Harmony module. They were welcomed by the Expedition 72 crew, including astronauts who arrived on the Starliner spacecraft.

Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore will return to Earth aboard the SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule. Their splashdown is scheduled for 5:57 PM EST on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 (3:27 AM IST on Wednesday).

NASA to Livestream the Event

For space enthusiasts, NASA will provide live coverage of the event. The broadcast will start at 10:45 PM EST on Monday (8:15 AM IST on Tuesday) and will include hatch closure preparations.
