A 21-year-old girl was killed instantaneously when a speeding truck overran her at the National Highway 76, today morning at around 11:30am.

Baga Gameti waiting near her daughter’s body 

The partially charred body of Suman d/o Baga Gameti of Bisadi village was lying on the road side with body parts and blood spreading everywhere. This highway is termed to be very dangerous, the accident occurred near Reliance petrol pump.

According to the sources, Suman was crossing the road when a fast moving mini truck of Gujarat number ran over her, killing the victim on the spot. Some passersby called ambulance and police for help.

According to Parwat Singh, SHO of Dabok Police Thana, “We have ceased the truck from the spot, although the driver ran away immediately after the accident. Body of the girl was shifted to M.B hospital’s mortuary which was handed over to the family members after postmortem.

According to reports the truck was coming from Udaipur and was going towards Chittorgarh.
