Great news for the youth preparing for government jobs! The Staff Selection Commission has announced vacancies for the posts of Sub Inspector. A total of 1714 posts will be recruited in Central Armed Police Forces, and an additional 162 posts will be available in Delhi Police. Salary

Upon selection, the candidate will be entitled to a monthly salary ranging from Rs 35,400 to Rs 1,12,400.

Age Limit

For the post of Sub Inspector, the minimum age requirement for General Category candidates is 20 years, and the maximum age allowed is 25 years. Reserved category candidates will receive age relaxation as per government rules, with SC/ST category candidates being granted a relaxation of 5 years, and OBC candidates receiving 3 years of relaxation.

Application Fee

As part of the recruitment process, candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 100. However, female candidates, Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD), and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) are exempted from paying the application fee.

Qualification

To apply in the recruitment process, candidates must have passed graduation from a recognized university.

Selection Process

In the recruitment process, candidates will be selected based on a written test, which will be conducted online in computer mode. Subsequently, the final posting will be given based on the merit of the physical test. Before the final posting, the candidates' documents will be verified. Only eligible candidates will be considered for the posting.
