Udaipur Municipal Council’s Electricity Department meeting was held today in the headship of committee’s President Vijay Ahuja. Several important issues regarding city’s road lights and purchasing of the all electrical equipment including the inspection of the various places by committee members were discussed in the meeting.

More importantly, the present condition of garden at Sukhadia Circle was talked which has poor or nearly no lights at night time, because of that it has become a preferable place for many anti-social elements.

In result, presently given contract to the third party to manage Sukhadia Circle was sacked and the board has decided to give new contract to a concerned company who can take the responsibility of proper electricity at Sukhadia Circle garden. The contractor will be in-charge of not only proper lightning but he’ll be also responsible for all purchased equipment and its security.

The board has also listed solar lights in their budget and decided to take complete assessment of all those places in Rajasthan where solar lights have been equipped so that the work could be done in a smooth pace.

Other important subjects like the tender of mini high mask lights and underground wiring wherever needed in the city and care of municipal council’s property given to individual societies were few important subjects which were talked about and taken to a conclusion.
